What You’ll Do 【仕事内容】:
- ブランドアンバサダーとしてロイヤルカスタマーを生み出す卓越した顧客体験を提供する
- 顧客管理ツールを活用して、継続的なコミュニケーションを維持し、リピート率の向上に貢献する
- 販売フロアおよびストックエリアでの商品ディスプレイや適切な在庫管理を維持する
- ストアのパフォーマンス向上のために、マネジメントチームと効果的な連携を図る
- 製品情報パッケージを活用して、販売のエキスパートとして、情熱と自信を持ってお客様へアドバイスを行う
- ストアの売上データや業績を理解し、販売促進に活かす
Your main responsibilities 【主な責任】:
セールスパフォーマンスの向上
自店のストアビジョンやKPIに沿って、個人目標を策定し、自己成長に繋げるよう目標達成に向けて意欲的に行動する。
ストア内でアサインされた役割と業務を実行するとともに、常に顧客目線で自身の業務内容を見直し、必要な改善を上司と相談しながら進める。
相手の意見を尊重しながら、チームで助け合い成長できるように行動する。
カスタマーエクスペリエンス
ブランドアンバサダーとして相応しい身だしなみ、言葉遣い、立ち居振る舞いによりお客様を魅了する
お客様との関係を構築（DM等の活用）し、MKファンを創造する
お客様と適切なコミュニケーションを行うためにお客様の情報管理を行う
お客様からのフィードバックやリクエストに対してし、速やかに上長と連携し対応する
