THE JOB:

We are seeking aspiring finance professionals for the MGM DEAL (Developing Emerging Analysts into Leaders) Rotation, an immersive, 18-month journey designed to cultivate early talent into future finance leaders. Over the course of the program, emerging analysts will spend dedicated time mastering core business functions across property and corporate environments, gaining comprehensive exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, operational accounting, risk management, and strategic capital planning, while collaborating directly with senior executive leadership across MGM Resorts International. 

This premier experience spans across five specialized finance departments and culminates in a critical 6-month capstone residency in one of those selected areas, providing the perfect spotlight to launch a high-impact career in hospitality and entertainment finance.

PROGRAM DURATION:

•   June 2027 – December 2028 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Receive personalized learning plans, executive mentorship, and development opportunities specifically aligned to their goals within a collaborative environment throughout the 18-month journey. 

• Actively participate in day-to-day operations and strategic projects across each assigned rotation, partnering closely with local property leadership and corporate executive teams. 

• Assist in annual budget cycles, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic financial plans in collaboration with Corporate and Property finance teams. 

• Analyze financial data to provide insights on cost trends, cash flow, and operational performance. 

• Support labor management and workforce planning initiatives to help optimize resort staffing and operational efficiency. 

• Help identify opportunities to improve analytical processes and reporting efficiency. 

• Leverage emerging technologies (including AI tools) to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and streamline reporting workflows. 

• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business from an accredited college or university by May 2027 
• Must be 21 years of age or older 

• Available to participate onsite in Las Vegas, NV for the full 18-months of the program.
