Our Lead Cooks:

• Prepare delicious food that meets a variety of dietary needs.
• Ensure kitchen food safety and sanitary food handling.
• Assist with hiring, orientation, training, and evaluation of kitchen staff.
• Work with an incredible team in a fun, friendly environment!
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

• 3 or more years of experience as a Cook, Lead Cook, or Sous Chef.
• Ablility to prepare therapeutic/modified diet menus.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Successful completion of recognized food safety course may be required.
