We're now looking for a Merchant Onboarding Associate to join our team. The role is located in our brand-new office in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen.
What you'll be doing
As a Merchant Onboarding Associate, you'll play a key role in setting our restaurant and retail partners up for success by creating high-quality menus and assortments. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every partner's offering meets Wolt's standards, giving them the best possible launch experience on our platform.
Day to day in this role, you'll:
- Create menus and assortments for our restaurant and retail partners
- Stay in dialogue with partners to ensure alignment on their offering on Wolt
- Work across internal and external systems (for instance, using AI tools to support your work)
- Assist the team with anything onboarding-related (gear kitting, photo uploads, etc.)
- Share best practices among the team and challenge the status quo
Our humble expectations
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and over the phone
- An eye for detail
- Structured and service-oriented
- A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and a drive to continuously improve your own processes while raising the bar
