Zur Verstärkung unseres Technical Service Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Field Service Engineer (m/w/d) für den Bereich Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST).
In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere hochmodernen Systeme jederzeit zuverlässig und sicher bei unseren Kunden im Einsatz sind und leisten damit einen direkten Beitrag zur Patientenversorgung.

Diese Position ist in der Region der Berlin, Magdeburg, Braunschweig oder Hannover zu besetzen. Sie werden hauptsächlich in dieser Region tätig sein und eng mit unseren Kunden vor Ort zusammenarbeiten.Gelegentlich können auch internationale Reisen erforderlich sein, um an Fortbildungen und Trainings teilzunehmen, die Ihnen helfen, Ihre Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zu bleiben.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Provides in-house repair service in a repairing/service center or on-site technical service and support without sales & service quota.
• Provides technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals responding to product related questions, issues and problems.
• Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
• Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues.
• May make technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience*
• OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience*
• OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience*
*Technical or related experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, life sciences or relevant industries
In some countries, additional training, certification, or professional licensure may be required.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
