Provides accurate, balanced, and high-quality medical and scientific exchange through appropriate activities such as advisory boards, scientific meetings, educational programmes, presentations, and literature discussions.
  • Develops and executes territory- and account-level Medical Engagement Plans aligned with the Medical Strategy, based on stakeholder needs, patient journeys, healthcare-system dynamics, and identified medical priorities.

  • Maintains a high level of scientific and technical expertise in the assigned therapeutic areas and products. Monitors treatment guidelines, clinical practice, emerging evidence, congress data, and competitor developments, and critically evaluates and communicates relevant findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responds to unsolicited medical and scientific enquiries in an accurate, balanced, timely, and non-promotional manner.
  • Documents scientific interactions, insights, follow-up actions, and Medical activities accurately and in a timely manner using approved systems and tools, supporting knowledge continuity, Medical planning, and compliance.

  • Evaluates the quality, relevance, and impact of Medical engagements and activities using appropriate qualitative and quantitative measures, and applies learnings to continuously improve field medical execution.
  • Conducts all activities in accordance with applicable laws, industry codes, ethical standards, and company policies and procedures. Reports adverse events, product complaints, and other safety information within required timelines.

Required
