About this Medical Director Anesthesiologist - HCA Southeast Houston - $600(k) w/full benefits + over 190 days off per year! role at Essential Anesthesia Management
We’re looking for a service-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the team at HCA Southeast Houston in Pasadena, TX. Located within the greater Houston metro area, HCA Southeast Houston is a multi-specialty trauma hospital that offers a broad scope of medical services.
Position Highlights
- $550,000 (1099) for 39 weeks of service, 13 weeks off per year, plus Post Call Off for a total of 190 days off a year!
- $50,000 W2 Medical Director stipend plus full benefits
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision. 401(k) match on day one, CME Allowance
- This role is primarily for the OR. OB has a separate dedicated call team
- Level III trauma center with acute case types including Neuro, General, GI, Ortho, gynecology, Urology, Radiology, Vascular, etc
- Four physician rotation, with the following monthly cadence:
- 5 primary weekday call shifts (12h day followed by 12h call from home) per month with post call day off
- 5-day shifts (8-hour day) per month
- 2 primary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month
- 2 secondary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month
- 1 week completely off per month
- POST CALL IS OFF!
- Collaborative environment with 8 Physicians and 11 CRNAs
- Malpractice and tail coverage provided
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Recent experience in a level III trauma facility or above (within one year)
- Proficiency in managing patients undergoing neurosurgery
