Ø  Responsible for the trial production of new prototypes, small batch trial production, and summarize the problems that arise, and review and propose

Ø  Estimate costs and make continuous improvements to drive cost reduction actions. Understand how production processes, equipment and systems operate to identify and implement energy efficiency improvement opportunities.

Ø  Launch of new production lines

Ø  Research and introduction of new processes, new materials and new equipment, test and verification of new processes and new materials

Ø  According to IATF16949, prepare and modify new product process documents, and lead the implementation of documents.

Ø  Responsible for the trial production of engineering prototypes to verify the production process and product quality, timely coordinate the technical problems existing in the trial production, and carry out product failure analysis and positioning.

负责工程样机试生产，以验证生产工艺及产品品质，及时协调试生产中存在的技术问题，进行产品的故障分析和定位

Ø  Follow up the trial production process of new products and grasp the progress as planned, establish and improve the process documents of new products, summarize the problems of the prototype process and form a list of trial installation plans.

跟进新产品试产过程并按计划把握进度,建立并完善新品的工艺文件，汇总样机过程问题形成试装方案清单

Ø  Equipment capability analysis, process capability analysis, and feedback to the responsible person for timely disposal according to the analysis results

设备能力分析，过程能力分析，并根据分析结果反馈责任人及时处置

Ø  Mass production process planning, production line plan determination, standard working hours formulation, material quota statistical analysis determination.

量产工艺规划，产线方案确定，标准工时制定，物料定额统计分析确定

Ø  Maintenance of MES/work center/routing

MES系统、SAP工作中心、工艺路线的维护

Ø  Identity the list of auxiliary material, the design of error-proofing

辅料清单和用量的识别，防错系统的建立

Ø  Responsible for the maintenance and publicity of mass production process documents, the first process training for operators, mainly including process flow chart, PFMEA, control plan, operation instructions, special characteristics list, production operation preparation confirmation form, etc.

负责量产工艺文件的维护和宣导，对作业员进行首次工艺培训，文件主要包括过程流程图、PFMEA、控制计划、作业指导书、特殊特性清单、生产作业准备确认表等

Ø  Follow up the adjust status of new production line and lead to solve the issues during production.

新产线调试跟踪，及时记录和协调处理产线试生产过程中的问题

Ø  Identification and formulation of process improvement plan after mass production, proposal and improvement of equipment tooling transformation

量产后工艺改进方案的识别和制定，设备工装改造的提出和改进

Ø  Analysis of the causes of product quality problems after mass production and formulation of countermeasures to prevent re-issuance.

量产后产品质量问题的原因分析和再发防止对策的制定

Ø  Equipment demand identification and preparation, equipment plan research, equipment selection

设备需求识别和编制，设备方案的调研，设备选型

Ø  Inspection of process discipline

工艺纪律的检查

Ø  Docking with customers with process requirements and production technology

与客户进行工艺要求和生产技术的对接

Ø  Responsible for production line SPC and related data analysis and SPC plan preparation

负责产线SPC及相关数据分析和SPC计划的编制

Ø  Responsible for the identification of environmental factors and hazard identification, evaluation, and control planning of the department

负责本部门环境因素识别和危险源辩识、评价和控制策划

Ø  Develop and implement corrective/preventive actions relevant to the department.

制订和落实相关本部门的纠正/预防措施

Ø  Implement the operation and control of the department's environment and occupational health and safety, and do not conduct illegal command.

落实本部门环境和职业健康安全的运行控制工作，不进行违规指挥

Ø  Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies. 

参加信息安全保护培训，遵守公司信息安全保护相关政策。 

任职要求:

Ø  Bachelor’s degree or above

本科及以上学历

Ø  More than three years of experience in process design and process maintenance in passenger car or parts related industries

三年以上乘用车整车或零部件相关行业工艺设计、工艺维护相关经验

Ø  Familiar with IATF16949 or VDA6.3 system requirements, able to use APQP, PPAP, FMEA and other quality tools; Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical or electronic and drafting ability (CAD drawing, etc.); Lean manufacturing and IE knowledge background；familiar with data analyze.

熟悉IATF16949或VDA6.3体系要求，能够运用APQP、PPAP、FMEA等质量工具；有机械或电子电气专业基础及制图能力（CAD制图等）；精益生产及IE知识背景,有数据统计分析能力

Ø  Familiar with energy management principles and methods, able to identify and drive improvements in energy performance in the production process.

熟悉能源管理原则和方法，能够在生产工艺中识别和推动能源绩效的改进

Ø  Strong principle, clear logic, meticulous and rigorous, strong execution and strong communication skills

原则性强、逻辑清晰、细致严谨、执行力强、沟通能力强

Ø  Must have the awareness of information security protection.
