Overview

We are seeking an experienced MDU Consultant / Business Analyst to support strategic growth initiatives within the broadband and telecommunications space. This role is ideal for a strong strategic consultant who combines MDU industry knowledge, business strategy, and data analytics with the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business insights and executive-level recommendations. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) or residential broadband/fiber service offerings and understand the unique considerations associated with delivering broadband and communications infrastructure across apartment communities, condominiums, office buildings, and residential developments. This individual should bring a strong consulting presence, analytical mindset, and the ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor.

Key Responsibilities

·       Support strategic growth initiatives related to MDU and residential broadband/fiber service offerings

·       Analyze business, operational, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights

·       Provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and decision-making

·       Develop data-driven analyses and translate findings into clear business recommendations

·       Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and support strategic initiatives

·       Create executive-level presentations, reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations

·       Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership

·       Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to organize, analyze, and interpret business data

·       Develop polished PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate strategy, findings, and recommendations

·       Support business cases, strategic planning, and other consulting-related deliverables

·       Leverage AI tools, where appropriate, to improve analysis, research, and overall efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, strategy, telecommunications, or a related role
• Bachelors Degree Required
• Direct experience with MDU, residential broadband, fiber, or telecommunications service offerings
• Strong understanding of broadband and communications infrastructure within multi-dwelling environments
• Demonstrated experience supporting strategic growth initiatives
• Strong business and data analytics capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
• Proven consulting presence with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data visualization and executive-level reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Experience utilizing AI tools is a plus

Compensation

For individuals assigned or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a fulltime W2 Salary 6 month-consulting engagement with an expected salary range of $140,000-150,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
