As a Maximo Developer - Senior Associate you will help deliver technology solutions that support field service and operations modernization, with focus on Maximo consulting, system design, configuration, and technical problem-solving. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while developing a deeper understanding of business context within our Advisory practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and support of Maximo-enabled solutions, coordinate with teams across Technology Consulting and Functional & Industry Technologies, and use critical thinking to adapt to changing client needs and project demands.

Responsibilities

- Developing and configuring IBM Maximo Manage solutions to support field service and asset management workflows
- Designing and implementing application integrations and middleware connections across enterprise platforms
- Analyzing client requirements and translating business needs into functional and technical solution designs
- Creating and maintaining Maximo extensions, customizations, and workflow enhancements for complex operational environments
- Troubleshooting system issues, reviewing technical defects, and delivering code fixes across development cycles
- Supporting solution architecture decisions for work management, mobility, and service planning capabilities
- Collaborating with client teams to gather feedback, refine deliverables, and adapt solutions to changing needs
- Mentoring junior team members on development tasks, technical concepts, and delivery approaches
- Reviewing configuration, code, and documentation for consistency with project requirements and technical standards
- Applying knowledge of asset-intensive industries such as utilities, manufacturing, transportation, and aerospace to shape solution design

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
- Demonstrating Maximo development experience across client service engagements
- Applying IBM Maximo Manage and Maximo integration skills to field operations
- Translating business needs into work management and asset solutions
- Navigating enterprise integration, middleware, and application integration tasks
- Mentoring Associates while managing assigned workstreams and deliverables
