Shift: Day Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

What you’ll do
Shipment Verification: Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments daily, ensuring accuracy against bills of lading, invoices, and orders to maintain precise records.
Material Handling: Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products to appropriate departments or storage areas, using manual methods or equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Inventory Management: Maintain organized inventory by sorting and placing items on racks, shelves, or designated bins, utilizing Oracle-based inventory management programs to track stock efficiently.
Packing and Preparation: Prepare shipments by assembling, labeling, and packaging items, completing all necessary documentation to ensure smooth dispatch.
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate material flow supporting warehouse operations.
Physical Requirements: Lift and move materials weighing 40-50 lbs regularly as part of daily tasks.
Success Indicators: Accuracy in shipment documentation, efficient inventory organization, timely coordination with departments, and adherence to safety standards.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
High school diploma or GED
2-3 years of related experience required for the position
Basic computer skills including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Oracle-based inventory systems.
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
Strong teamwork, dependability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Nice-to-haves:
Forklift certification (preferred, training available).
WHMIS and other safety certifications.
Experience with packing and parts organization.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Compensation: $30.00-33.00 per hour to start based on experience.
