Position Summary

We are hiring a Materials Flow Engineer to support the design and optimization of material movement across Polaris Monterrey operations. This role focuses on improving internal logistics, line-side delivery, packaging flow, and visual management tools. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient part presentation and inventory handling aligned with production needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or materials flow
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
• Experience with data analysis and process mapping

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of internal logistics and material flow principles
• Experience with ERP systems and digital tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, planning, and warehouse teams
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Design and implement material flow systems to support production efficiency
• Optimize line-side delivery, packaging layout, and visual aids
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
• Support inbound logistics and internal part distribution
• Collaborate with teams to align material flow with production schedules
• Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
