Role and Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented Marketing Supervisor, based in Guatemala, to support the planning, financial management, and implementation of marketing initiatives across multiple countries and product categories.

This role is primarily focused on marketing execution, budget control, and investment follow-up with internal teams, agencies, and commercial partners.

Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:

-Lead the planning, tracking, and reconciliation of marketing budgets.

-Coordinate the execution of approved marketing campaigns across assigned markets and product categories.

-Manage budget processes with external agencies and commercial partners, ensuring accurate documentation, approvals, and timely execution.

-Follow up on co-investment initiatives and marketing investments with clients through internal platforms and reporting tools.

-Monitor spending against plans, identify deviations, and provide clear updates and recommendations to key stakeholders.

-Coordinate with sales, category, finance, agencies, and regional teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and according to plan.

-Support the preparation of budget reports, forecasts, purchase requests, and financial documentation.

-Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and approval workflows.

-Travel periodically to markets within the region, as required to support execution and coordination.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

-Experience in budget management, financial planning, commercial operations, marketing execution, category coordination, or similar roles.

-Strong interest and experience in execution-focused marketing rather than creative development.

-Previous experience working in multi-country and multi-product environments is highly desirable.

-Advanced Excel skills.

-Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

-Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

-Based in Guatemala, with availability to travel within the region.
