Overview

As our Marketing Operations Manager (AI & Automation), you will build the AI tools and automations that help our marketing team spend less time on repetitive work and more on what they do best.

You will join our Marketing team in Vienna and work closely with marketers across our markets, our RevOps team and our central AI team. You turn the team’s ideas into working tools, from AI workflows to CRM automations and website improvements, and you keep them running. AI now lets a small team build what used to take months, and you will be the person who makes that real for marketing.

Work time: Full time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)

Location: Vienna, Austria

Your Tasks

• Build AI tools and workflows that take repetitive work off the marketing team
• Connect AI tools like Claude with the rest of our stack, using n8n
• Own what you build: keep it running, fix what breaks and improve it over time
• Automate how we follow up with leads and customers in our CRM, together with our RevOps team
• Look after the technical side of our website and work with our web agency
• Work with marketers across our markets to find where automation saves the most time
• Connect your tools to the data foundations our central AI team is building

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience, including hands-on work building automations, AI workflows or internal tools
• You have built tools that other people use, with no-code and low-code tools like n8n and AI tools like Claude
• You understand how code, APIs and data fit together, and you like building with tools rather than coding everything from scratch
• You organise your own work, set priorities and get things done with little guidance
• You take ownership of what you build and make sure it keeps working
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Experience in marketing, growth or a start-up is a plus
• Knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM is a plus
• Coding background is a plus
