About this Marketing Manager - Georgetown & Arboretum role at Jetsetpilates
About the Role
JETSET Pilates is opening a new studio in Georgetown, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the local community-building and marketing efforts that will help launch the studio and establish JETSET as part of the Georgetown community.
This is a highly hands-on, relationship-driven role. You'll spend your time building local partnerships, generating leads, creating community events, growing our social presence, and turning local awareness into future JETSET clients.
The majority of the role will be based in Georgetown, with approximately 15% supporting marketing and community growth at our established Arboretum studio.

You're a connector, self-starter, and natural relationship builder who loves meeting people and creating opportunities. You're comfortable representing a premium brand, working independently, and getting out into the community rather than sitting behind a desk all day. Specifically, you are:
Prior fitness or Pilates experience is not required. Experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, events, hospitality, sales, social media, or community building is a plus.
