About our Client

• Our client is a premium wine fridge and wine cabinet brand with operations across Australia and New Zealand
• Their products are available through major retail partners, as well as directly via their own website
• It's a small, founder-led team based in Alexandria (inner Sydney), offering real exposure across the business

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, including creating and scheduling engaging posts
• Manage email marketing campaigns - drafting, scheduling, and tracking performance
• Create compelling and visually appealing content for various marketing channels to increase engagement and reach
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed on current trends within the industry
• Track and report on social media and email campaign performance - what worked, what didn't, and where the opportunities are
• Work closely with the founder to shape and grow the brand's marketing presence

Requirements

About You

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices
• Some experience with email marketing tools/platforms is a plus
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
• Enthusiastic, positive, and flexible with a can-do attitude
