About Our Internship Program

As an intern at ITW Global Tire Repair, you’ll gain hands-on experience with our global brands through a project-based program that combines learning with real-world impact. Along the way, you’ll take on daily tasks that help you see how your team drives success, work with fellow interns on a community impact project, and wrap up the program by sharing your experience with division leadership.

Position Summary

ITW Global Tire Repair is seeking a Marketing Intern to work on the development of an AI-powered Account Management Dashboard that consolidates sales, category, and customer performance data into a single, actionable view. This dashboard will improve visibility into key metrics, streamline reporting processes, and enable faster, more informed decision making for account management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Account Management Feedback and Insights: Gather ITW teams feedback, perform analysis and present insights to the Brand Team to find process improvements to account management.
• AI Insights: Research and provide best practices of AI to the Marketing Team to help integrate into their roles and the company to help improve project efficiency.
• AI-powered Account Management Dashboard: Lead the creation of an Account Management Dashboard for the Brand Team to improve account management effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college completion in Business or Marketing and/or 2 years related work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
• Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Experience working in retail or with retail a plus

Additional information

This is a temporary position (January 2027) working approximately 15-20 hours per week in our San Luis Obispo, CA office.

Compensation Information:

Range is $22 to $26/ hour depending on expertise. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
