They are now seeking to hire a High-Level Marketing Coordinator to lead end-to-end visual content creation, high-level SEO strategies, and multi-channel campaign execution. This role transitions daily task execution into strategic ownership, driving brand growth, digital lead acquisition, and market-leading visual assets.

Job Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Visual Design

• Direct and execute graphic design projects across digital and print collateral
• Produce high-converting creative assets for paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, website banners, and social platforms
• Oversee media post-production including formatting client visual case studies and before-and-after transformations
• Conceptualise and design engaging learning resources and visual assets for the online education hub platform

SEO & Lead Generation Strategy

• Own on-page and technical SEO strategies to systematically elevate keyword rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority
• Develop data-driven content calendars while authoring and optimising high-performing blog content and product landing pages
• Partner with marketing leadership to audit web performance, refine keyword acquisition targets, and drive high-intent inbound leads

Social Media & Campaign Management

• Architect multi-platform social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maximise reach and audience engagement
• Manage paid digital ad campaigns end-to-end including creative variations, audience targeting parameters, and budget allocation
• Establish digital community standards to optimise client interaction and maintain positive brand sentiment across all channels

Analytics & Performance Optimisation

• Track and report on cross-channel marketing performance using advanced analytics to deliver actionable conversion insights
• Maintain CRM lead pipeline integrity while enforcing high standards for lead capture, validation, and routing
• Perform follow-up calls and emails to validate the authenticity of incoming inquiries and potential leads

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline
• Three to five or more years of progressive marketing experience
• Proven track record in organic acquisition displaying measurable improvements in web traffic, search rankings, and lead capture
• Demonstrated visual portfolio showing senior-level capability in graphic design, digital ad creative, and video editing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro alongside high-end Canva execution
• Mastery of technical and on-page SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console
• Hands-on experience building, targeting, and optimising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of CRM systems and website administration platforms such as WordPress and Shopify

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior work experience or a genuine interest in the beauty, aesthetics, skincare, or wellness industries
• Experience creating and formatting email templates in Klaviyo or Mailchimp
• Familiarity with task management and workflow platforms such as Monday.com
• Practical exposure to generative AI tools within marketing workflows
