Position Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Admin to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information for the marketing department, identifying areas of improvement from various marketing channels, and helping to optimize campaigns.
Position Details:
- Location: This position works full-time, onsite in our Northbrook corporate office.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Compensation: $22-$25hr based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Performs high-level, administrative work, including frequent complex and confidential clerical work
- Participates in administrative functions such as marketing reports and physician lunches
- May provide administrative support for Marketing monthly accounting procedures
- Researches, prepares and edits reports and presentations
- Reads incoming mail and independently handles or attaches appropriate file/information
- Maintain Marketing materials are properly allocated to each clinic location monthly
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Invoicing and supply order experience required
- A self-motivated team player with strong and effective communication skills
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; looking for ways to improve and promote quality.
- Possesses an extraordinary ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Has great attention to detail, technological proficiency including extensive software/computer skills, great customer service skills, and a general understanding of administrative principles and the expectations associated.
- Able to type 50 words per minute
