Purpose of the Position:

This position will be responsible for leading integrated marketing programs that generate qualified sales leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and strengthen Kollmorgen's brand awareness in China and APAC.

The role will focus heavily on digital demand generation, SEO, SEM, PPC, marketing automation, content marketing, and AI-era search optimization. This position will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Channel Partners and Corporate Marketing teams to drive measurable business growth.

Key collaborators will be the Kollmorgen Industrial Automation team, Kollmorgen AGV team and regional sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Generation & Leads Management

• Own and drive marketing-generated lead and pipeline targets.
• Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to support strategic industries, new customer acquisition and business growth.
• Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through digital and integrated marketing activities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates and marketing ROI.
• Manage lead nurturing programs and marketing automation workflows.
• Track and analyze funnel performance from leads to opportunities and revenue.

• Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC and paid digital campaigns to increase website traffic and lead conversion.
• Manage website content, landing pages, conversion optimization and user experience.
• Drive regional digital marketing efforts through search marketing, social media, web analytics, email marketing and integrated campaigns.
• Utilize marketing automation platforms to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data analytics.

• AI Search & GEO Optimization

• Collaborate with global marketing teams to deploy AI-enabled content and search strategies.
• Monitor emerging AI search trends and identify opportunities to improve digital visibility.

• Content & Integrated Marketing

• Develop and localize marketing content including customer success stories, application stories, press releases, technical articles, videos and webinars.
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns combining digital, content, PR, social media, events and partner marketing activities.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, business objectives and digital best practices.

• Event Marketing

• Organize and coordinate trade shows, seminars, webinars, customer events and partner activities.
• Maximize event ROI through lead capture, nurturing and sales follow-up processes.
• Develop event materials and marketing assets supporting strategic business objectives.
• Manage external agencies, vendors and marketing service providers.

Qualifications:

• Required

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience in Marketing, MarCom, Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing roles in multinational companies.
• Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline creation and revenue-focused marketing programs.
• Strong hands-on experience in:

o SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

o SEM (Search Engine Marketing)

o PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)

o Marketing Automation

o CRM Systems

o Website Analytics and Performance Optimization

• Experience managing external agencies and digital marketing vendors.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.

• Preferred
•    Experience in industrial automation, motion control, robotics, manufacturing, semiconductor or related B2B industries.
•    Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot or similar platforms.
•    Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Baidu Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and SEO tools.
•    Experience in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI Search Optimization or AI-driven content strategy.
•    Experience managing regional marketing programs across APAC.
