About the Role
We are looking for hands-on, detail-oriented Technicians to support 24/7 manufacturing operations at our Bulim facility. In this role, you will perform day-to-day equipment maintenance, line setups, basic troubleshooting, and real-time failure analysis to maximize line uptime and throughput.
Specialization Tracks
SMT Process Technician: Set up feeders, perform nozzle changes, conduct stencil inspections, and monitor solder paste/reflow processes.
Test Maintenance Technician: Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and first-line troubleshooting on test fixtures, cable harnesses, and pneumatic/electronic test stations.
Debug / FA Technician: Perform board-level diagnostics, schematic tracing, multimeter/oscilloscope measurements, and precision solder rework on non-conforming units.
Key Responsibilities
Perform shift-level equipment setup, calibration, and routine preventive maintenance to ensure high equipment availability.
Respond rapidly to line-down calls, clear equipment errors, and log error codes in the MES/maintenance tracking system.
Perform component-level touch-ups, fine-pitch soldering, and manual inspection following IPC standards.
Assist engineers in executing line qualifications, engineering runs, and yield improvement actions.
Adhere strictly to cleanroom, 5S, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Higher Nitec / Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Technology.
1+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing, electronics assembly, or SMT plant environment.
Hands-on proficiency with basic hand tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering/desoldering equipment.
Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) on-site at the Bulim plant.
