Performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce medical devices products such as IV bags.  Assure that all operations are in compliance with all Company standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Places parts in specified relationship to each other.

• Fastens parts together.

• Works at different workstations as production needs require including Quality Checks, Electronic documentation, Batch reconciliation, Record Keeping and others assigned by supervisors.

• Assure 100% compliance in trainings required.

• Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.

• Inspect each part assuring that the product has zero defects.

• Displeased the finish product in the appropriate box and stock them until the material handler comes.

• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.

• Removes samples of materials, labels with identifying information, and takes samples to laboratory for analysis as requested.

• Lifts heavy objects (up to 25 lbs. approximately) by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area.

• Occasionally work at other shifts when its required.

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipate needed supplies.

• Must be able to keep the work area in clean and safe conditions.

• Team worked oriented.

• Other related duties with the position may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
