Responsibilities

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from initiation through release, following the Product Management Process (PMP).
  • Assist with Technical Product Documentation (TPD), specifications, logistics, and document management.

  • Assist with electrical and system-level troubleshooting during product builds and in manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
  • Support failure analysis and follow-up on technical issues in partnership with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with tooling design or development for manufacturing and service to meet cycle-time and availability needs.
  • Prepare and deliver initial training for Manufacturing, Technical Support, and Service personnel on product build, test, installation, and repair procedures.
  • Support critical production and field issues with Global Technical Support and other teams.
