Job Overview:
As the key driver of digitalization in manufacturing, you will be responsible for building and optimizing end-to-end digital solutions from equipment data collection to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). By deeply understanding pain points in production workflows, you will ensure data consistency between physical and digital operations, establish comprehensive traceability systems, and drive cross-system integration to achieve intelligent manufacturing transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Digital System Implementation & Optimization
a. Lead daily operations and functional optimization of MES to ensure perfect alignment with shopfloor workflows
b. Design and implement data collection solutions from production equipment (CNC, PLCs, etc.) to MES, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
c. Establish full product traceability systems enabling end-to-end data visibility from raw materials to finished goods

2. Cross-System Integration & Data Flow Management
a. Manage interfaces and data exchange between MES and enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, logistics systems, etc.)
b. Evaluate and implement suitable Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions to optimize equipment data collection efficiency
c. Maintain data dictionaries and interface specifications to ensure seamless system interoperability

3. Business Process Digital Transformation
a. Conduct shopfloor observations to identify process pain points and translate them into system requirements
b. Design digital workflows to eliminate information silos and improve production execution efficiency
c. Develop system operation standards to ensure consistency between physical and digital operations

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
a. Serve as the bridge between business and technology teams, accurately translating business requirements
b. Coordinate with Quality, Process Engineering, Automation, IT teams, and external equipment vendors
c. Manage the full lifecycle of digitalization projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields

2. 5+ years of manufacturing digitalization project experience with:

a. Hands-on MES system operation knowledge

b. Expertise in production equipment data collection (OPC UA, Modbus, etc.)

c. Practical experience in ERP/WMS system integration

d. Strong business process analysis skills to quickly identify operational pain points

3. Preferred qualifications:

a. IIoT platform implementation experience

b. PMP or equivalent project management certification

4. Excellent cross-functional communication skills with ability to:

a. Translate business needs into technical requirements

b. Drive projects forward and solve complex issues

5. Fluent English (must communicate with global IT teams for development requirements)
