All About The Role:
The Customer Services Development Manager (Managing Consultant) will support non-Turkish group entities through market research, industry analysis, benchmarking, reporting, knowledge development and analytical activities relating tobe responsible for consumer acquisition and engagement domain and leverage consulting, digital transformation, insights, analytics, and marketing servicestrends.

The role will support consulting, digital transformation, insights, analytics and marketing-related initiatives by providing information, coordination and analytical support.

Key responsibilities include:
• Together with existing team, contribute to and execute againstthe assessment, monitoring, reporting and communication of Services growth strategy initiatives, and provide market intelligence and recommendations to non-Turkish group entities.
• Identify the most critical aspects of a problem Client or market is facing in consumer acquisition and engagement.
• Leverage deep knowledge of all Services capabilities and how they fit together to analyze customer needs, prepare insights, and support non-Turkish group entities in developing create customized and relevant solutions for clients.
• Align efforts with Mastercard core team through information sharing, coordination, issue escalation, and reporting activities, for business success, including managing identifying external obstacles developments and maintaining leadership alignment and communication support.
• Partner with project teams to ensure project quality.
• Play a key role in creation of new Intellectual Capitalthe development of market research, industry analysis, benchmarking studies, and internal reference materials, and provide analytical insights and information support to non-Turkish group entities regarding customer and market developments. and become “thought partner” for clients
• Actively participate in training and developing others.
