• Plan and coordinate daily shipping activities to meet customer requirements and deadlines

• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of shipping associates to ensure efficiency and productivity

• Verify and prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs forms

• Inspect and ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit

• Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries

• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile any discrepancies

• Maintain accurate shipping records and prepare reports on shipping activities

• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety standards

• Train and mentor shipping associates on proper procedures and best practices

• Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to streamline shipping operations
