    Skills:

    ·Proven leadership capabilities in quality control and team management

    ·Expertise in scheduling, performance optimization, and compliance monitoring

    ·Strong analytical skills in report review and data interpretation

    ·Hands-on experience with surveillance checks and inspection process validation

    ·Skilled in designing and delivering effective training programs

    ·Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    ·Ability to drive urgent corrective actions under tight timelines
     

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Manager in Hard Goods who can hit the ground running to rapidly transform the inspection operations and regain the trust and confidence of our key stakeholders. The selected candidate will play a key role in reversing this trend quickly and positioning LF as a trusted, quality-focused leader in inspections.
     

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Leading and coordinating inspection teams to maximize operational efficiency and quality adherence.

    • Implementing strict performance management to meet and exceed LF and customers’ quality expectations.

    • Conducting a thorough review of inspection reports to identify and address quality gaps promptly.

    • Overseeing surveillance activities to ensure compliance and rebuild stakeholder confidence.

    • Designing and delivering targeted training to enhance inspector capabilities.

    • Acting as the primary liaison to restore and maintain trust between the organization and the customer with the inspection teams.

    • Establishing quality control processes aligned with global standards and driving continuous improvement.

    • Providing regular, transparent updates to senior management on quality metrics and corrective actions.
       

    Urgency and Importance:

    This role is imperative to swiftly address quality challenges and restore confidence with our key partners. We are looking forward to an immediate and decisive leadership that is essential to build a robust and trusted quality control framework. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming LF’s inspection operations and securing long-term partnership success
     

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Education: BE/B. Tech /Diploma in Textile/Fashion

    • Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process

    • Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, good communication skills in speaking and writing to communicate with buyer/seller.

    • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

    • Well-organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, and able to meet deadlines.

    • Well-versed with MS team applications like Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Frequent travel is required.
