As a Manager, Pricing at RXO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market competitiveness. This role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in leveraging spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Develop, analyze, and maintain complex pricing models using Microsoft Excel
• Generate regular Excel reports to track pricing performance, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Conduct in-depth spreadsheet analysis to identify pricing opportunities and risks
• Manage and update pricing spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to gather market intelligence and inform pricing decisions
• Present pricing recommendations and analysis to senior management
• Identify and implement process improvements related to pricing data management and reporting
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make adjustments as needed

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  

It’d be great if you also have:

• Minimum of 3 years logistics industry experience
• Proven experience in a pricing or analytical role
• Demonstrated expertise in Excel Analytics and Spreadsheet Management and Analysis
• Strong experience with Excel Reports
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
