What Will You Do?

Job Purpose Statement:

Oversee the data analytics functions of BNE. Provide accurate and timely information, as well as insights by analyzing the company’s operating results and providing quantitative and qualitative analysis to various levels of management for directing resources as needed to maximize company profits. Provide financial modeling and budgeting and forecasting support to enable management to make timely investment decisions.

Job Functions:

Facilitate the execution and vision for the future of BNE’s information delivery and management. Provide oversight to ensure end user products are user friendly and robust.

Work closely with Finance & Accounting, Marketing, and Operations in developing meaningful KPI’s to run the business.

Provide management visibility into data-driven insights that inform on the business’s strategic direction. Identify areas needing improvement.

Supervise profitability analysis of products sold, dayparts, restaurants, operational divisions and strategies.  Analyze the impact of changes in these key variables on profitability. 

Use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to assist with new restaurant builds and/or store closures.

Maintain restaurant investment model for acquisition and ROI analysis to evaluate financial and strategic impact of new business opportunities. Provide valuation analysis. Provide ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.

Deliver/Assist with monthly leadership financial presentations and other presentations as needed to support the data sharing initiative.

Provide support and growth of analytical information for Biscuits & Bird and Scooters.

Develop and maintain timely and efficient reporting methods to distribute financial information and the results of financial analysis.

Collaborate with Directors and Officers in several departments to enhance information flow and improve coordinated measurement, reporting, planning, and analysis capabilities for decision support.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Leverage approved AI technologies to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks, analyze data, and support decision-making.

Review other analytical technologies that could enhance the business and reduce overall analytical support costs.

Supervise the activities of the Financial Analyst.

Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.
