As a Manager – M&A Enterprise Apps – Accelerated Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will focus on helping clients integrate acquisitions and maximize the value of their investments by conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing post-merger integration strategies.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will translate M&A objectives into actionable strategies, lead application workstreams, and drive stakeholder alignment. Your ability to navigate fast-paced deal settings and communicate complex concepts with clarity will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Translating M&A objectives into actionable application separation, integration, and modernization strategies
- Leading application workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit programs
- Conducting workshops, decision-making forums, and steering committee discussions with client executives and deal stakeholders
- Assessing and defining target-state application strategies and business process dependencies across various domains
- Driving application intake, rationalization, disposition planning, migration, and separation activities
- Coordinating global teams for Day 1 readiness planning and execution, managing interdependencies to maintain operational continuity
- Applying technical program management across project plans, milestones, RAID logs, governance, and cutover activities
- Serving as the primary client-facing lead for application workstreams, aligning stakeholders and mitigating risks
- Facilitating the development, review, and presentation of client deliverables, including execution strategies and technical change-management materials
- Evaluating current-state technology environments to identify optimization and value-creation opportunities
- Navigating fast-paced, high-pressure deal settings with structured thinking
- Developing executive-ready analyses and recommendations that translate technical findings into business implications
- Managing and mentoring App Factory team members, providing coaching and career development guidance
- Supporting proposal development, capability building, and practice growth initiatives across the App Factory portfolio

What You Must Have

- At least a Master of Business Administration's/MS degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
