The Manager, Legal & Compliance Operations, Data & AI supports Legal & Compliance by driving operational excellence, digital transformation, data governance, analytics, automation and AI-enabled solutions.

The role contributes to the Legal & Compliance Data Hub strategy, transforming data into trusted business insights and improving key legal, compliance, risk and governance processes. Working across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Data and business teams, the role delivers scalable solutions aligned with the function’s technology roadmap and responsible adoption of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive automation and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and related enterprise technologies, identifying opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, migration and integration of Legal & Compliance technologies, systems and business applications.
• Manage and continuously improve legal intake portals, workflows, automation tools and related operational platforms, including testing, releases and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports and analytics, translating data into actionable business insights and executive-level reporting.
• Support the Legal & Compliance Data Hub strategy, including data quality, governance, standardization, data models, metadata and AI-ready datasets.
• Identify, evaluate and support AI, generative AI, predictive analytics and automation use cases while ensuring alignment with governance, privacy, security and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct business analysis, translate operational requirements into technology solutions and maintain relevant system, process and training documentation.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Ideally bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Legal Operations, Law, Compliance or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Legal Operations, Compliance Operations, Data Analytics, Business Applications, Digital Transformation or a related function is a must.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, as well as the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, enterprise applications, workflow tools, reporting platforms and automation solutions.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or similar, together with strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project-coordination and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and communicate insights clearly.
• Continuous-improvement mindset, high attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
