Managing, controlling, organizing and monitoring the quality of slip and glaze, plaster, and repair raw material from Supplier and ceramic product  in process including performing all necessary inspection and laboratory research to provide for the compliance with all standards and requirements of the company before the materials are delivered to the production.

Overall planning of the raw material stock; organizing and supporting the operations of the slip and glaze preparation units in order to ensure the most effective return on assets in the overall production process.

Co-operating and interfacing with the management of all departments of V&B Thailand (most of all production) and the headquarters in Mettlach in order to follow the company’s production strategies, production management concepts and production yield requirements.

Conducting research and development activities for slip, glaze, plaster and repair material including project assignment.

Ensuring efficient collaboration and co-ordination between the relevant departments including the cast shop, glazing department and procurement.

Supervising and managing the staff of department, providing all necessary assistance and guidance and making sure that the turnover and overtime rates are kept in the limits allowed by company standards.
