MG Properties is seeking a relationship-driven, entrepreneurial professional to join our growing Investor Relations team as a Manager, Investor Partnerships. In this highly visible role, you'll help expand MG's investor network, support capital-raising initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to high-net-worth investors, family offices, wealth advisors, and registered investment advisors (RIAs).
This is an exceptional opportunity for an investment professional looking to build a long-term career in capital formation, investor relations, and multifamily real estate private equity while working directly with executive leadership.
This position is onsite, with the potential for one remote workday based on business needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth investors, RIAs, wealth advisors, family offices, and other private capital partners.
- Support fundraising efforts through proactive outreach, follow-up, and pipeline management.
- Guide prospective investors through onboarding and subscription processes from initial interest through funding.
- Serve as a key point of contact throughout the investor journey, delivering a best-in-class investor experience.
- Track investor activity, committed capital, pending investments, and fundraising progress.
- Create and maintain investor presentations, offering summaries, webinar materials, and fundraising collateral.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all investor communications accurately reflect property, market, underwriting, and operational information.
- Monitor industry trends, investor sentiment, and market dynamics to help inform capital formation strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 7 years of experience in multifamily, commercial real estate, private equity, investment sales, capital markets, investor relations, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment fundamentals, including underwriting, investment structures, waterfalls, preferred returns, and investor reporting.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and handling confidential financial information.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
- Experience with systems such as Juniper Square, Yardi Investment Management, HubSpot, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to improve productivity and investor engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
- $100k-$120k annually DOE
- Company profit sharing
