What You'll Do


As a key member of the organization, you will:

  • Promote and strengthen a proactive safety culture and drive HSE excellence across the organization
  • Lead and continuously improve our Quality Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, industry, and corporate requirements.
  • Plan and manage internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
  • Act as an independent assurance authority, providing objective oversight and governance.
  • Monitor emerging regulatory requirements and translate them into effective business practices
  • Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action processes to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders to implement best practices and corporate standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Leadership Team on HSE, Quality, Compliance and business risk.



What We're Looking For


We're seeking a leader who combines technical knowledge with strong business judgment and the ability to influence across the organization.


You bring:

  • Extensive relevant experience in HSE, Quality, Compliance, or Operational Excellence within engineering, manufacturing, marine or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of HSE legislation, ISO-based management systems, audit methodology, root cause analysis, corrective action management, and compliance governance
  • A proactive mindset and a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • The confidence to challenge constructively and promote high standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both operational teams and senior management
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken. Norwegian language capability is important for effective engagement with local regulatory authorities, customers, and operational teams
