Overview:

The role is responsible for the continued development and maintenance of decision trees in the Collins Aerospace Technology Management (TM) xClass application. This position will serve as the lead for the global decision trees within xClass which require both regulatory data and process updates for both Jurisdiction & Classification (JC) and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HS).  This role will also serve as the global TM Point of Contact for 3rd party requests for JC and HS and will provide accurate and timely responses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory list structures and processes, along with in-depth knowledge of Collins Aerospace classification procedures. This role requires both strategic regulatory insight and hands-on expertise in classification methodologies to ensure accurate and compliant technology management across worldwide regimes. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Provide expert Jurisdiction & Classification (JC) and Harmonized Schedule (HS) support for the xClass application. 

• Author and maintain export and Harmonized Tariff Schedule decision trees within the xClass platform, ensuring accurate representation across all regulatory regimes in which Collins Aerospace operates. 

• Develop, document, and maintain procedures related to core job functions. 

• Create and sustain authoritative export control number lists to ensure consistent regulatory compliance. 

• Support the development, implementation, and delivery of application enhancements aimed at improving productivity and operational efficiency. 

• Point of Contact for 3rd party requests for JC and HS

• Professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ Years of Relevant Experience .
