Job Description

Responsibilities: -

• Prepare monthly financial reports and support period-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely account reconciliations.
• Track business expenses against approved budgets and highlight significant differences.
• Review and monitor operational costs, inventory-related expenses, and project costs.
• Support preparation of management reports, financial analyses, and performance summaries.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents for statutory, internal, and cost audits.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Prepare financial schedules, supporting documents, and reports required for management and regulatory purposes.
• Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning activities.
• Monitor export and import financial transactions, banking activities, and related documentation.
• Follow up on receivables, payments, and other financial commitments to ensure timely settlement.
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve financial controls and reporting processes.
• Support business teams by providing meaningful financial insights and recommendations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance requirements.

• Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.

• Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments within timelines.

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial organizations.
