As a Manager in ERP Implementation for Finance Solutions, you will lead and support ERP implementations, bringing together technology and finance processes to enhance client financial operations. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will specialize in improving financial efficiency and effectiveness, offering guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and shared services to optimize client performance.

As a Manager, you will supervise and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams. You will leverage your strategic planning and mentoring skills to inspire your team and deliver quality results. Your role will involve analyzing complex problems, developing high-quality deliverables, and cultivating meaningful client relationships while upholding PwC’s standards and values.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will assess financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs. You will also be responsible for managing project economics, preparing deliverables, and contributing to business development efforts. Responsibilities

- Leading ERP implementation projects to enhance financial operations and streamline processes
- Guiding multidisciplinary teams in integrating finance processes with technology solutions
- Conducting organizational diagnostics to identify areas for improvement in financial operations
- Analyzing financial and operational data to support improvement initiatives
- Developing and reviewing deliverable content to align with client and PwC expectations
- Participating in proposal development and contributing to thought leadership documents
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster professional growth and development
- Collaborating with clients to build solid relationships and address their financial consulting needs
- Managing project economics, including planning and budgeting, to achieve successful outcomes
- Utilizing financial applications and enterprise management solutions to drive finance transformations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
