As a Manager - Enterprise & Functional Strategy – Sales Strategy, you will lead complex strategy engagements for clients across Consumer Markets and other industries, helping them redefine their marketing ambitions and translate strategic intent into actionable transformation roadmaps. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to deliver high-quality results. You will play a visible role in cultivating meaningful client relationships, inspiring your teams, and navigating ambiguity, all while upholding PwC’s quality standards and contributing to the firm's purpose and values.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will define and shape enterprise-wide marketing strategies that align with broader business objectives and unlock new avenues for growth. You will develop brand strategies that establish clear market differentiation and long-term brand equity, and design target operating models that restructure how marketing functions are organized, governed, and resourced to deliver at scale. Working closely with C-suite and senior client stakeholders, you will lead and mentor high-performing, multi-disciplinary delivery teams across concurrent large-scale strategy programs, driving thought leadership and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Leading complex strategy engagements across Consumer Markets and other industries, focusing on marketing transformation and competitive positioning
- Developing enterprise-wide marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth
- Designing and implementing Go-To-Market frameworks, including audience segmentation and channel prioritization
- Building and mentoring high-performing teams, guiding their development and performance
- Analyzing market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance marketing effectiveness
- Crafting brand strategies that establish market differentiation and long-term brand equity
- Collaborating with C-suite and senior stakeholders to manage client relationships and program governance
- Utilizing data analysis and visualization tools to generate insights and support strategic decision-making
- Assessing customer data ecosystems and MarTech capabilities to enable data-driven marketing strategies
- Contributing to practice growth through business development, proposal creation, and thought leadership within the Marketing Strategy team

What You Must Have

- At least an MBA degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
