The Role
CAA is seeking a Manager, Emerging Technology Operations to support some of the company's most important internal and external strategic initiatives in the space. This individual will drive program execution, stakeholder coordination, adoption efforts, governance initiatives, reporting, and operational planning across enterprise emerging technology programs. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who brings structure, accountability, and momentum to complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
Drive planning, execution, reporting, and process improvement for Vault initiatives, partnerships, and commercialization efforts while maintaining visibility into priorities, milestones, and risks.
Support rollout, adoption, training, communications, and stakeholder coordination across emerging technology initiatives.
Track KPIs, business impact, and executive reporting; support governance, compliance, and cross-functional planning.
Coordinate vendors, working groups, and strategic business use cases.
Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, strategy, or related fields.
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational playbooks.
Preferred
Experience supporting emerging technology, digital transformation, innovation, or technology programs.
Change management and organizational adoption experience.
Location
This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $130,000-$169,000 in Los Angeles, CA. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
