Job Description

• Drive e-commerce sales growth and achieve business targets through effective commercial planning and execution.
• Manage day-to-day online business operations, including product launches, promotions, campaigns and website/app merchandising.
• Analyze sales, customer and digital performance to identify business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Enhance the digital customer journey and O2O experience by working closely with Store Operations and relevant functions.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Logistics and other teams to deliver key e-commerce initiatives.
• Lead e-commerce projects and develop team capabilities to support sustainable business growth.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 -8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital commerce or online retail, preferably within fashion or retail.
• Strong commercial sense with solid experience in sales analysis, online merchandising and digital business management.
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• People management experience preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
