Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

• Develops integrated communications solutions, creative platforms and executions aligned with client objectives and brand direction.

• Translates strategic direction into strong creative concepts and executions across relevant channels.

• Works closely with the creative team to develop original, differentiating, and effective creative ideas that deliver impact to clients.

• Collaborates with Business Directors, Strategy leads and other stakeholders to ensure creative work is aligned with client expectations and business objectives.

• Oversees the quality and consistency of creative output across projects, ensuring work meets the required creative standards and brand guidelines.

• Works closely with Traffic and Project Managers to ensure the right creative resources are allocated effectively across projects, and timelines are met.

• Supports the team in identifying opportunities to leverage technology, new platforms, and emerging trends to strengthen creative solutions.

• Provides clear and constructive feedback throughout the creative process, including reviewing briefs, concepts, and final executions to continuously improve creative quality.

• Keeps up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, cultural insights, and emerging creative opportunities to bring fresh perspectives to client work.

• Leads and manages the creative team through regular work reviews, check-ins, goal setting and development conversations.

• Coaches and mentors team members, providing guidance and support to strengthen their creative capabilities and encourage continuous growth.

• Fosters a collaborative and supportive team culture where creativity, accountability and high-quality work are consistently encouraged.

• Identifies opportunities to showcase the team’s creative work through industry awards, case studies, internal presentations, and external creative platforms.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years with hands on creative experience

• Deep understanding about communication/branding, digital marketing & social media platforms

• Strong analytical & logical skills

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Proven leadership skills & management experience

• Balance ability to perform analytically & creatively

• Intuitive and analytical approach to problem solving

• Ability to multi-tasks: working on multiple projects & change direction quickly

• Ability to organize people, projects and information

• Excellent in English, both verbal & written communication

• Flexible in working independently & as a team, determined

• Ability to work under-pressure environment
