About the Corporate Sales Team:

The Corporate Sales team is responsible for bringing AlphaSense's AI-powered market intelligence platform to fast-growing, non-financial-services enterprises across industries such as energy, industrial, technology, telco, life sciences, healthcare and professional services. Within Corporate Sales, the APAC Corporate High Growth team focuses on fast growing companies and enterprises in the Asia Pacific region that are scaling business expansion quickly and need enterprise- and decision-grade competitive, market, and consumer intelligence to support strategy, corporate development, product, strategic customer management and go-to-market decisions.

About the Role:

AlphaSense is looking for an APAC Corporate High Growth Director to lead and grow a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new corporate customers in the high-growth segment across APAC. This is a player-coach leadership role that combines direct sales leadership with hands-on coaching, pipeline management, deal closing and cross-functional collaboration to drive new business growth across the region. The manager is expected to develop go-to-market strategy and execute on strategic motions with clarity and precision, with a focus on enterprise value creation to our customers.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a leader who wants to build, scale, and lead from the front in a fast-growth, fast-paced and high-expectation AI driven company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of AEs selling into high-growth corporate accounts across APAC
  • Instill a rigorous outbound sales culture centered on outbound excellence — coaching on account prioritization, territory planning, and multi-channel prospecting — while fostering accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
  • Develop the team through call coaching, enablement, and skill-building across pipeline generation, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing, while building a deep internal bench of talent
  • Drive pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and consistent overachievement of ambitious targets; lead from the front on strategic deals
  • Bring structure through CRM excellence, sales metrics, and clear operating rhythms; monitor KPIs (pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, ACV) and act on gaps
  • Shape APAC territory strategy in partnership with Sales Development, Pre-Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement leadership and teams
  • Work cross-regionally and cross-functionally for a unified, customer-centric approach to enterprise accounts, bringing a unified voice and cohesive sales approach to our customers
  • Bring field insights into product, pricing, and strategy conversations, and build trust with senior client stakeholders
  • Contribute to commercial planning, influencing headcount, investment, and growth strategy for the region

Who You Are:

  • An Accomplished Sales Leader: Proven track record managing and scaling a team for over at least two years of sales leadership experience that meets/exceeds targets in B2B SaaS or high growth tech sales teams. You understand sales is both art and science, and can articulate your own 'science of sales'; the activity that drives consistent target attainment.
  • A Leader Who Develops and Inspires: You provide strong, effective coaching and hands-on support, adapting your involvement—from strategic teaching to direct participation in key deals—to meet the needs of your AEs across diverse APAC markets. Your leadership fosters a culture of motivation and excellence. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Resilience & resourceful: Smart-working with a 'never give up' attitude and agility to changes, where you are setting the example for work ethic, initiative, and commitment, and thrive in a dynamic, high-accountability environment with evolving priorities
  • A Strong Communicator & Cross-Functional Influence: Strong collaborator who builds alignment across geographically distributed sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to get the best results.
  • Data-Driven: You use data and insights to measure and adjust sales strategy, reviewing progress at regular intervals and reporting clearly on pipeline.
  • Regional Expertise: Shows a deep understanding of APAC markets — able to navigate cultural, commercial, and operational nuances to tailor sales playbooks and messaging to regional buying behavior
  • Knowledgeable about our personas is a plus: Experience selling to corporate strategy, research, investor relations, M&A, market and competitive intelligence or insights functions is a plus.

Basic Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • 2-3+ years of experience directly managing a quota-carrying sales team
