YOUR MISSION
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, design and develop
- Power BI dashboards as per committed timelines.
- Mentor junior team members on Power BI report development projects
- and share best practices.
- Stay on top of the key business metrics, analyze them, and provide
- actionable business insights to help improve business outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation, drive process compliance and
- knowledge sharing to improve productivity and BI adoption.
- Work with IT and Business Solution team to develop data automation
- solutions.
- Support various business teams and initiatives with data analysis.
- Work with Large data sets and support business with data solutions.
- Driving and supporting short term and long-term initiatives.
YOUR TALENT
- 5+ years of experience working with Power BI reports development.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Power BI projects in dynamic and ambiguous situations.
- Strong team management, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Expert level knowledge of Power BI and strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced level of knowledge in Excel and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Tabular Editor and DBX SQL.
- Basic understanding of data modelling tools like R and Python will be a plus.
- Work experience in Retail, Ecommerce, Analytics Consulting companies such as Mu Sigma, Fractal Analytics, Tredence etc.
- Experience in leading BI and analytics projects, and stakeholder management.
