The Role

This is a high-impact leadership position with significant responsibility and visibility across the organization. You will lead complex client engagements, oversee key strategic projects, and contribute to business development initiatives. In this role, you will combine hands-on consulting expertise with team leadership, ensuring delivery of exceptional results that drive measurable client impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive business plans, viability studies, technical-environmental assessments, and financial strategies for client organizations
• Supervise project implementation with expert guidance, ensuring consistent alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards
• Deliver actionable, data-backed insights and tailored recommendations supported by compelling reports and presentations
• Identify, evaluate, and oversee new business opportunities, assessing associated risks and ROI potential
• Build and manage a high-performing team of consultants; coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution
• Represent the company with confidence in client meetings and high-level stakeholder communications

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
• Proven experience in management consulting and/or EU funding programs, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing co-financed projects and structural funds
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong writing and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership skills; highly organized, results-driven, and collaborative
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance hands-on consulting delivery with team oversight
