The Opportunity

As a Management Consulting - Finance Solutions Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their financial performance and make informed decisions. Within our Advisory practice, you will contribute to projects that guide clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role, you will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where adaptability and teamwork are key. You will also have the opportunity to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. This position offers a chance to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Supporting financial management and reporting activities to optimize business performance
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial operations and provide tailored solutions
- Utilizing AI tools to enhance financial data analysis and drive business insights
- Assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements to validate compliance with accounting standards
- Engaging in budgetary management tasks to track and manage departmental expenses
- Participating in financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Implementing financial internal controls to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting
- Contributing to the modernization of core business systems to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinating with teams to integrate digital tools for streamlined financial processes
- Developing skills in financial strategy to align with client objectives and market trends

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Information Technology & Accounting, Information Systems & Accounting, Computer Science & Accounting, Management Information Systems & Accounting
- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
- Preferred major GPA: 3.3
- Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
- Demonstrating AI fluency and collaboration in financial contexts
- Utilizing financial data mining for strategic insights
- Engaging in financial modeling and forecasting
- Applying digital tooling to enhance financial operations
- Participating in financial statement preparation and analysis

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
