About this Management Consultant – Talent role at Accenture
Job Description
Organizations today are reinventing how they work, learn, and grow. As a Consultant within Accenture’s Management Consulting Talent practice, you will help clients transform their people strategies and workforce capabilities through innovative solutions across HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Learning & Development, Change Management, and AI in HR.
You will work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to design and implement talent and organizational transformation initiatives that enable long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of HR Transformation and Workforce Transformation projects, as well as talent strategies that align workforce capabilities with business objectives.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Change Management and Learning & Development initiatives.
- Analyze client challenges and help develop talent and workforce solutions.
- Support the adoption of AI in HR and digital workforce transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with client and project teams.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Change Management, or Talent projects.
- Experience in consulting and client-facing environments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
