Position Summary You will lead management accounting activities that support timely, accurate financial reporting and decision-making. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead the month-end management close for assigned entities, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet postings and timely delivery of management packs. - Own balance sheet reconciliations and control activities, investigate variances and drive timely resolution. - Prepare insightful financial analysis and commentary to support business decision-making and senior stakeholder reviews. - Partner with commercial, supply chain and tax teams to ensure transactions are correctly recorded and reported. - Work with shared service partners and BPOs to drive consistent delivery and improve process efficiency. - Help design, test and implement process improvements and reporting automation, including ERP and reporting tool changes. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Degree or professional accounting qualification (for example ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical experience in accounting. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or statutory accounting. - Strong working knowledge of IFRS and month-end close processes. - Practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and strong Excel skills. - Proven ability to prepare analyses, reconciliations and management commentary for stakeholders. - This role is hybrid, with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with your manager. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience working with shared service providers or BPOs and managing external delivery partners. - Familiarity with SOX or similar internal control frameworks and audit preparation. - Exposure to supply chain finance or intercompany accounting. - Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data analysis and automation. - Track record of leading small teams or mentoring junior accountants. - Experience in finance transformation or ERP migration projects, including testing and cutover support. Working pattern This role is hybrid and based in India. You will work on-site regularly and have agreed remote days with your manager.
