The opportunity

Our finance team is growing, and you will join us as a Management Accountant in our Krakow office. You will own financial and management reporting for our Poland entities, lead the monthly close, and support the group audit. This is a hybrid role — in the office Tuesday to Thursday, remote on Monday and Friday — and you will grow your expertise while you work towards an accounting qualification.

What you'll do

• Own monthly financial and management reporting for LoopMe's Poland entities.

• Lead the month-end close, including balance sheet reconciliations, P& L reviews, and variance analysis.

• Manage bank reconciliations, staff expense approvals, and payroll administration with our third-party provider.

• Review monthly journals, intercompany, and fixed asset accounting.

• Prepare monthly consolidated bonus and recharge postings.

• Manage AP team postings so all supplier invoices are coded correctly and posted within month-end.

• Support annual accounts, audits, and financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

• Deliver expense training to new employees and support ad hoc finance projects, such as quarter-end and year-end.

What you'll bring

Essential:

• 2–5 years of experience in a finance role.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

• Studying towards an ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or AAT qualification.

• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills — you prioritise well, make quick decisions, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Experience with NetSuite.

• Experience in the AdTech industry.
