As a Managed Services - PMO - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service. Your role will involve continuous improvement and the strategic management of delivery risk, confirming that our clients receive the best possible outcomes.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to know when to take action and when to escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams will contribute to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of managed service management and strategy, driving performance and delivery excellence. Your work will involve crafting impactful messages, applying systems thinking, and validating outcomes with clients to foster long-term relationships and trust.

Responsibilities

- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations
- Overseeing delivery teams to optimize performance and manage delivery risks effectively
- Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Utilizing project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor service delivery projects
- Developing and maintaining automation frameworks to improve operational processes
- Managing stakeholder engagement to align service delivery with client expectations
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying operational challenges
- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine service offerings
- Directing teams through complex situations with composure and strategic insight

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's degree In at least one of the following fields of study: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- At least one of the following: Progress toward professional certifications such as CA, CA (Inter), CPA, CFA (Level I), or equivalent internationally recognized certification
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Leveraging influence to drive strategic initiatives and client success
- Demonstrating advanced skills in automation solutions and process optimization
- Excelling in operational performance management and risk documentation
- Leading teams through complex project delivery and transformation efforts
