As a Managed Services - Fund Accounting professional, you will play a pivotal role in executing outsourced processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment, and processing. You will implement and monitor quality controls while resolving escalations and queries, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and processing
- Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards
- Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction
- Managing customer data and conducting due diligence to uphold compliance standards
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents to support accurate reporting
- Conducting quality assurance investigations and troubleshooting to enhance process reliability
- Documenting processes and developing quality control procedures for continuous improvement
- Collaborating with team members to deliver managed services and optimize client operations
- Applying a learning mindset to develop skills and contribute to team success
- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
